Ingredients:

1/2 pound chicharrones

8 green tomatillos

1 onion

1 bunch cilantro

4 garlic cloves

2 pounds nopales

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups of water (1 for the blender and 2 to use while cooking)
