Pozole Recipe

Recipe:

Ingredients: 
1 whole chicken (5-6lbs)
1 can of Hominy (110 oz)
2 tablespoons of salt
1/2 onion
1 head of garlic (be sure to set 3 garlics aside that will not be boiled)
4 California Chili Pods
1 Pasilla Ancho Chili Pods
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1/2 teaspoon of whole black pepper
1 Tablespoon of Oregano
3 Liters of Water (approx 12 cups)

Optional to Serve:
Cabbage
Reddish
Onion
Lime
Onion
