Vegetable Soup Recipe (Bell Peppers, Zucchini)

Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 large bell peppers (approx 3 cups)

2 medium zucchinis (approx 3 cups)

1 large white onion (2 cups)

2 garlic cloves

1 can coconut milk (13oz)

7oz  sundried tomatoes

2 tablespoons chicken flavor bouillon

2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup water
